Jay and his team have been reliable and trustworthy from the first contact until the last. Jay has resolved any issue quickly and efficiently throughout the removal and reconstruction of the whole bathroom and walk in shower installation. I am happy to recommend JS Plumbing and Heating to anyone who requires good quality reliable craftsmanship.
JS plumbing and heating has never let us down, I have never had a plumber turn up on time or be as professional as Jay. His standard of work and skills are outstanding which you should expect from a qualified and gas registered tradesman. Nothing is too much trouble, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. Boiler service due in July, we would not use anyone else. Bravo Team JS!

Jay sourced an electrician, carpenter and tiler to complete the job. He was clean, tidy, checking continuously with us. The job went smoothly and was completed on time. It looks fantastic. After this experience we asked Jay to fit a new boiler and re fit our kitchen. This has just been completed, again Jay sourced electrician and carpenter. He supervised and co ordinated all of the work, again checking throughout that our needs were being met. Once again we have a completed ( on time ) new contemporary kitchen and brand new efficient central heating boiler. We would highly recommend this company.More reviews+12

Keeping us up to date with pictures throughout the work so we could see the progress. Simply brilliant! The worse case scenario for a landlord is the boiler breaking down. However not if you call JS plumbing & Heating. He understood the situation and bent over backwards to quickly rectify the issue. Myself and the tennants were put at ease by jays positive and upbeat nature, and fully trusted him to complete the task at hand. Thanks again JS plumbing hope to work with you again in the future

Jay and his colleague were punctual, polite, efficient and friendly. Did a lovely job of installing our new radiators. Have recommended them to friends already.

We used JS Plumbing after a friends recommendation . The proprietor James gave us the best quote and great service. Something we hadn’t received since our move to Devon. Left the house clean and tidy , we would not hesitate to use his company again! !

I have used James before but my husband had a recommendation from a work colleague so he decided to use his options after over a week of his plumber letting us down saying he would turn up on a day and time twice and not doing so. I had had enough. I phoned James (what a star) he said he would be around between 12.15 and 12.45. At 12.15 he arrived and within 1/2hr he had it done. Very polite professional young man. That's the last time I let my husband decide his expert is best. Thanks James- Positive

Jay and Harvey, what a team, can't recommend them enough. They have done three full bathrooms for me - quick, quality and with a smile - thanks lads!
